Launch of “PLiBOT Gen.2,” an integrated management software that enables integrated control of AMRs and building equipment from different manufacturers
PLiBOT Co.Ltd,. (Headquarters: Katsushika-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masaaki Sato) will begin selling "PLiBOT Gen.2," an integrated facility and robot management software that solves coordination issues in automated transport using robots, on September 1st.
Autonomous transport using AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) has recently been attracting attention as a solution to the societal issues of labor shortages and efficiency improvements in factories, warehouses, and other facilities.
However, in many cases, significant improvements have not been achieved due to the inability to link AMRs made by different manufacturers or building facilities such as elevators and shutters.
To address these issues, PLiBOT has significantly revamped "PLiBOT WRCS," a platform that has been used by many customers since its founding as a link between people and robots. PLiBOT Gen.2 is now available as integrated facility and robot management software.
This update improves compatibility with widely used international standards and adds a function that allows autonomous robots from different manufacturers to be integrated on a common map, enabling more flexible and scalable operation.

We plan to exhibit and present "PLiBOT Gen.2" at our booth (booth number: 5-904) at the 4th INNOVATION EXPO, the International Logistics Comprehensive Exhibition 2025, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 10th.
◆Product Overview
Product Name: PLiBOT Gen.2
Key Features:
- Integrated control of AMRs from different manufacturers
By interoperating with AMRs from different manufacturers, previously unattainable, collisions at intersections and narrow aisles are eliminated. Furthermore, model selection is no longer limited by manufacturer lineup, greatly expanding options. There is no need to learn each manufacturer's operation method.
- Integration with building facilities such as elevators and shutters
Integration with building facilities enables transportation between different floors. Furthermore, minimizing shutter opening and closing maintains a consistent air quality within the factory.
- Integration with customer systems such as ERP and PMS
By integrating transported items and transport quantities with customer systems, you can centrally manage inventory and shipment quantities.
- Remote operation status monitoring and instructions
You can monitor real-time operation status even from locations far from the AMR, such as headquarters or factory offices. You can also remotely control unexpected transports and emergency shutdowns.
